I’m a former CEO and COO who turned around a struggling tech company and grew it all the way to and through an acquisition by getting very clear about what mattered and scrapping the rest. I’ve lived the exhilaration and the exhaustion of scaling a business. I deeply understand the growing pains that business leaders feel each day and, through years of trial and error, I finally figured out how to run my business rather than letting it run me. My goal is to help leaders grow their businesses with fewer headaches and more space for the things in life that make them feel human.
